I went to the gym today and sweated a lot.
When I sweat, I feel like stress flows out together.
Recently, the frequency of going has decreased a little, and I didn't have enough exercise.
I was able to move around a lot today and feel really refreshed
Also, I really like taking a nap after going to the gym.
It's about an hour or two, but after moving my body to the fullest
It feels good when I sleep, and I feel refreshed after waking up.
I'm afraid I haven't investigated, but even if it's bad for my body
It's a routine that can never be stopped
