Today, I spent a relaxing day after doing some stretching exercises. When I woke up this morning, I felt a little heavy, so I decided to do some stretching. I started by taking yoga poses that made me feel a stretch, and then I slowly took deep breaths while loosening up my body. After finishing the stretching exercise, I felt refreshed and light. My mind also felt refreshed, and I started my day with a positive attitude.
