Lately, my hobby has been cooking izakaya-style dishes at home. I used to collect trendy small plates, so it feels really nice and similar to being at a restaurant.
So far, since I'm the only customer, I can't really guarantee the taste, but I hope to improve my cooking skills to the point where I can open up my own place.
