I went on a drive with my friend for lunch today. I sat firmly in the passenger seat.
We went to a pasta restaurant in Ebisu, but we were a bit shocked by the high parking fee and ended up making a fuss about it. Nonetheless, driving to Ebisu made us feel a little fancy and it was a fun memory.
For the gentlemen who have cars, do you happen to know any affordable parking spots in Ebisu?
